4 Months have past since our 3 week stay on the Island of St. Maarten and our hearts remain there.  Here is the full recap of the fun and festivities taken from my journal during the trip: Tuesday, February 20 th , 2018:  Well,  quite.a  journey  its  been thus far.  Saturday hung out at home, Sunday woke up to a foot of snow and  fridged  temps, they had cancelled our flight for Sunday am so.  i  spent the day plowing, we then got on the plane at 3pm, flew to Seattle, hung out at the airport forever, had some beverages, lost my wallet for a little bit but found it at the check in place, got on the red eye to Miami, got there, hung out, got to St. Maarten around 4pm, went to  dany's  beach, got our car, drove to our condo and crashed for the evening, I went to the grocery store for some supplies, now getting ready for our first. Anah's Birthday Weekend and pre-Fourth of July antics.  What a great weekend of BBQ, Games and all around Family fun.  Started the weekend on Friday night with a Chicken BBQ and games galore.  Saturday we played outside most of the day, did some family painting outside, enjoyed a bonfire, fireworks, pizza, Chinese food. more games and all around fun times.  Sunday was BBQ Madness!  Made BBQ ribs, BBQ burgers, BBQ hot dogs, shrimp salad, 50 twice baked mini potatoes, corn on the cob, baked beans, a great feast for all, another bonfire and fun and games all around.  Was nice to have Myself, Gina, Anah, Jonathon, Kiedis, Isaiah, Kaiti, Eve, Ezra, Tidus, Micah and Jenna all around for a full day of family.
